AFL Auskick at South Coogee JFC

Welcome to South Coogee Junior Football Club!

The footy season for 2025 is soon commencing for Auskick! Please stay tuned as fixtures for Junior Football will soon be finalised and released to all clubs.

General information about Auskick

Training and game day for Auskick occur on Sundays at Santich Park from 9-10:30am. Please arrive at 8:30am for a 9am start. There is 45 minutes of training followed by 2x 20 minute mini games.

Players will need black football shorts, “saints” socks (red, white and black colours), water bottle and footy boots. Each player will be given their team football jumper before the season commences.    

Auskick requires hands-on parent/volunteer involvement each week to ensure the training and games run smoothly, and it also maximises the players' ball and kicking time which is important for skill development, and also having fun with their team.

Auskick players are organised into teams in their school year group. Each team requires a Coach to lead the drills and activities, as well as a Team Manager to send out any team communication via What's app/Messenger. 

If anyone is able to coach- please let me know as I still require coaches for all the teams. All the coaching activities and drills have already been pre-organised via PlayHQ so all it requires is setting up the equipment each week. If anyone is able to help out with coaching, please can you email me as soon as possible.
